Project Manager for Large Customers, Maidenhead , UK
As a leader of Oblicore projects, the Project Manager for Large Customers will maintain customer relationships in production, including consultancy, account management and technical support requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee aspects of projects including structure, scope, roles and responsibilities, reporting and project resources
- Coordinate project activities within defined timeframes and budget
- Represent the company to customers for all project functions and tasks
- Proactively manage processes, opportunities, situations and risks
- Manage project teams as well as business partners
- Deliver projects per company accountability and quality standards
- Frequent travel within Europe
Qualifications
- Computer Science or Industrial Engineering Degree (MBA is advantageous)
- Project management certification
- At least 3 years experience in IT project management with application software vendor or system integrator
- Experienced with the implementation of market standard applications
- Experienced with business process applications and analysis with customers
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation/communication and management skills
- “Multiple projects” management skills a must
- Experience with SLA management and ITIL is a plus
- Programming background is advantageous
- A good knowledge of English and knowledgeable in German or French
