Product Manager, Ra'anana, Israel

We are currently seeking a Product Manager. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and Product Management, you will play an integral role in defining and articulating the Oblicore Guarantee product strategy.

This candidate will be responsible for driving the Oblicore Guarantee product roadmap, communicating that roadmap externally and represent Oblicore in key strategic, product related initiatives. You will be challenged to contribute to Oblicore’s product marketing efforts and to demonstrate business and technical value and help our customers understand how our products help them solve their specific business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defining the product and roadmap
  • Create and deliver MRDs and PRDs
  • Prioritizing features and corresponding justification
  • Liaising with multiple parties in and outside the organization to successfully deliver the product
  • Follow the development cycle to ensure delivery to the market
  • Represent Oblicore’s product strategy in key sales opportunities
  • Participate in standards organizations
  • Communicating the solution’s capabilities and benefits through marketing efforts

Required experience and competencies

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager
  • Academic background in a related discipline.
  • Experience in working with international customers and in international environments
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products in enterprise software companies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences
  • Thorough understanding of product development lifecycles
  • Able to travel abroad at least once per quarter.
  • Big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects
  • Well organized and self-motivated, consistently delivering quality results
