Oblicore Announces that TDS is Live on Guarantee 2.0

September 3, 2002 - Oblicore, Inc., the innovative leader in Service Level Management (SLM) software, today announced that Guarantee Version 2.0 is live and in production at TDS, one of Europe’s leading Application Hosting Service Providers. Guarantee was implemented in only 20 days with adapters to SAP, HP OPENVIEW, BMC and Remedy up and running giving TDS immediate ROI. Guarantee 2.0 is providing TDS the data needed to provide transparent service level reporting and to improve the service delivered.
