Oblicore Taps Jonathan Regev As Chief Financial Officer
Regev to Lead Company’s Global Financial Operations
COLUMBIA, Md. November 1, 2004 - Oblicore, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise service performance (ESP) applications, today announced that Jonathan Regev has joined the company as chief financial officer (CFO), bringing to the position more than a decade of financial experience with international technology companies, most recently as CFO and chief operating officer of Clarify, now part of Amdocs (NYSE: DOX). In his role as Oblicore CFO, Regev will report on Oblicore’s financial information, manage risk, oversee capital structure and guide the company’s future financial decisions.

Prior to Oblicore, Regev served in financial positions at numerous technology companies, holding the titles of CFO and COO of the Clarify division of Amdocs, as well as stints at Nilit, the Strauss Group and Tadiran Electrical Appliances. During his four-year tenure at Amdocs, a leading provider of billing and CRM software and services, Regev led the finance and sales operations teams. One of the highlights during this period was the acquisition and integration of Clarify Corporation, which Regev helped to transform from a company with annual losses into a profitable, multi-million dollar entity.

Regev earned his bachelor’s degree in physics from Tel Aviv University and his master’s degree in economics from Technion in Haifa, Israel. He also served in the paratroopers corps of the Israeli Defense Forces.
