Oblicore to Present at Upcoming Operations Event, Foreward Financial Expo

Director of Product Marketing, Erik Hille, to Share Insights on Managing Service Levels Effectively

Hille will also present "Service Level Agreements, Migration and Outsourcing Oversight," on Friday, September 7, at 1 p.m. as part of the Financial Services Outsourcing Forum. During the presentation, Hille will provide an in-depth look into the flaws and misconceptions of many corporate Service Level Agreements including the common myths of outsourcing, the shortcomings of the ad-hoc approach, and the advantages of automated SLM and reporting. He will also discuss the key differences between manual and automated SLM in regards to management, efficiency and standardization issues.
