Oblicore Granted Patent for Analyzing and Coordinating Service Level Agreements

U.S. and International Patents Extend Technology Leadership in Service Level Management Market

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., February 20, 2007 – Oblicore, the leading provider of Service Level Management software, today announced it has been granted a U.S. Patent and a World Intellectual Property Organization Patent for analyzing and coordinating service level agreements (SLAs) for service providers. Oblicore’s U.S. Patent No. 6,925,493 and International Patent WO/2002/044832 describe how service providers can leverage Oblicore’s solutions to set up customized service level agreements with customers, and monitor, modify and control all aspects of these agreements, including billing, sales, customer relation management, customer support and quality of service.
